Thank you to all my naughty girlfriends... you know who you are!

With thanks also to Mark 'you'll never beat the Irish' Cunningham who had faith from the very beginning. To my hero of a mum, who keeps lighting the candles and saying the prayers for me (please don't read any of The David Trilogy' mum, it is not for you !).

To Ginormous Joe who lies patiently snoring at my feet whilst I write (140 lbs of SPIN rescue Pyrenees Mountain Dog) giving slobbery, bowl you over, mood-enhancing cuddles when needed, suppressing hair pulling over story-lines.
